Driving good
Intrinsic to our mission to fix insurance for good is our role in society, where we believe esure Group has a responsibility to set an example and actively support those doing good, both in our local communities and more widely throughout the UK.
Our Give Back community is run by colleague volunteers across all our office locations, supporting fund raising for local charities that are close to their hearts. From bake sales to football tournaments, donating pre-loved clothing to donning their trainers to run marathons, our colleagues have found lots of ways to raise funds.
We give all our colleagues further incentives to do their bit for Driving Good through two initiatives:
- Two days paid leave to volunteer to help charities and local communities with the great work they do.
- Our charity match funding scheme has been awarded The Payroll Giving Bronze Quality Mark from the Charities Trust. For every £1 a colleague donates to charity through payroll giving, we will match it, up to £50 a month.

Shelter partnership
We are an official corporate partner of Shelter, the homelessness charity. As Home insurance providers, we understand the importance of having a safe, secure home and are proud to support Shelter’s preventative and rehabilitative efforts to combat homelessness. As corporate partners we are developing a wide variety of initiatives aimed at raising funds for Shelter, engaging our colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Brake partnership
We are continuing our partnership with Brake, the road safety charity, to sponsor Brake’s Kids Walk, which saw over 79,000 school children take part in organised walks to learn vital road safety skills in 2024.

The Conservation Volunteers (TCV)
Our partners TCV planted 910 trees across the UK in 2024. Aligned to our desire to inspire more sustainable choices, for every customer who chooses to forgo a courtesy car during a repair, we’ll plant a tree on their behalf.

Microhive
Our partnership with Microhive is providing colleagues with an easy way to donate. Colleagues simply choose to “round down” their salaries to the nearest pound, donating the difference to Shelter.
