Supporting our caregivers

We know that many of our people juggle work with caring responsibilities. Taking time off from work to prioritise someone’s caring needs shouldn’t be a source of stress or worry, so we’re delighted to provide enhanced support to help caregivers balance their careers and caring responsibilities. Caregivers can take up to five days paid leave each year to care for a dependent who needs long-term care. They can also join our carer’s community or visit our carer’s hub to access a host of wellbeing resources and sources of information and support in one place.
