Customer digital transformation
This unique department is at the heart of our digital transformation. Working across all esure products, we aim to fix the insurance industry for good through new, data driven digital technologies and techniques designed for better, more relevant, intuitive customer experiences. We own, manage, and optimise the online customer journey from purchase through to renewal, coordinating activity to join up and simplify the customer experience both online and offline to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
